The exciting lead-up to the 2017 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix continues this weekend with the latest event on the “Race Fever” programme: the BIC Neon Run.
“Race Fever” has been organised by Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) to help raise excitement ahead of this year’s Formula 1 extravaganza, which is scheduled for April 14 to 16 in Sakhir. To be held at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East” on Friday, the Neon Run is set to be a brilliant display of colour and enjoyment.
It is set to be a fun-filled event with both adults and children of all ages and athletic abilities taking part.In the Neon Run, senior participants will be completing the entire length of the circuit while juniors can run for just one kilometer. The seniors’ event is set to begin at 7pm while the junior run will start at 6.30pm.
All those taking part are free to go at your own pace as the event will not be timed.
Bahrain Grand Prix ticket holders can register and take part for free. Others will have to pay an entry fee.Runners will be literally glowing in the dark as they enjoy the challenges of BIC’s 5.412-kilometre Grand Prix track. Everyone will be having an awesome time as they are pelted with bright colours while they groove to the music and engage with others in laughter.
