Now you can ‘eat rainbows’

A fruitful concept launched in book

It is amazing how the island is host to so many people who are extremely talented and are always bringing forth amazing initiatives for the betterment of the community. One such person is Caroline Oversier. A health coach by profession, who specializes in children’s health, will soon be launching a children’s book.

Speaking to Weekender, she shared more on her book, ‘Eat the Rainbow’. “It’s a book about what each different colour of the rainbow does for you and your body and is aimed at small children in a fun way.” A mother to five children herself, Caroline shares how she understands the difficulty parents face when it comes to feeding their kids fruits and vegetables. The book is the end result of a fun concept the author had been working on for a while, which she feels will not only benefit children but adults too when getting the needed nutrients. The rainbow has various colours and children are passionate about it, we can now creatively present them the need to eat all these colours for a happy living. With colourful images and giving plenty of information, the book is surely to be a popular pick this season!

The book launch will take place on Nov16 at the Festive Fayre at St Christopher's School.
